Welcome to Everwell Coaching!

Hey, I'm Siobhan!

(Real-life joy mentor. Recovering overfunctioner.)

Siobhan Bingham

I’ve always been the responsible one. The fixer. The helper.

And for a long time, that worked — until it didn’t.

When I became a mom, I quickly realized that all the self-care advice I’d been given was… trash. Bubble baths weren’t cutting it when I was running on four hours of sleep and carrying the emotional load for everyone around me.

I started digging deeper — into nervous system regulation, mindset, holistic wellness, and what real joy actually looks like in the messy, beautiful chaos of motherhood.

Now, I help moms move through guilt so you can stop spinning in “Am I doing enough?” and start living from “I know who I am, and I know what matters.”

I'm trained in holistic life and wellness coaching, but I also bring my background as a special education teacher into this work. That means I don't just hand you vague advice and wish you luck. We break things down together — into tiny shifts that build real change in YOUR life over time.

I’m here to walk beside you. To cheer you on. To remind you that you’re allowed to feel good in your life — not just survive it.

Because your joy is not a luxury.
It’s a legacy.

Here are 8 things about me

that will help you get to know me better…

1. My name is pronounced SHA-VON.

It’s Gaelic—from Scotland/Ireland—and doesn’t follow English rules, don’t feel bad if it trips you up at first! 😉

2. I’ve been there: juggling all the roles.

I’m a mom, partner, teacher, coach, and more—and I get the pressure of trying to do it all. My multicultural roots taught me how to wear many hats, and motherhood has taught me to loosen the grip and find a bit more balance.

3. I love learning 📚—a lot!

After earning degrees in Linguistics & Language Studies and Education, I’ve collected 10 certifications (and counting). As a teacher and holistic wellness coach, I’ve learned there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. What works for you may not work for me—and that’s okay! We’re all unique and need solutions that meet us where we are.

4. I’m a sucker for a story.

No matter how it’s told—TV, movies, audiobooks, or physical books! I love getting sucked into another reality and lost between the pages. Because of my love for stories I started Everwell Mama, the podcast where moms drop the guilt, have more joy, and live in a way that feels right (without burning out or missing out on the good stuff).

Do you have a story to tell? Or a question you’d love answered? Let me know, and I’ll create an episode just for you 💗

5. I thought guilt was just part of motherhood.
When my first baby was born, I kept wondering, “Why do I feel so bad when I’m trying so hard?” I told myself it was normal—that all moms feel this way. But guilt isn’t just a side effect of caring. It can chip away at your confidence, your presence, and your joy.

Now, as a mom of two, I know how to spot the guilt loops before they spiral—and how to come back to trust instead of pressure. That’s why I created the JOY framework: to help other moms feel steady, clear, and good in their own decisions again.

6. Nature is my happy place.

Trees, beaches, canoe trips, or just goofing off with some doggos—being outside helps me reset. It reminds me that peace doesn’t have to wait for a vacation. It can be built in, even in the busiest seasons of motherhood. 🌿

7. I’ve worked in education for over a decade.

In classrooms, in one-on-one support, and now in mentorship—I’ve spent 10+ years helping people learn. Real transformation doesn’t come from being told what to do. It comes from being shown how to do it your way—bit by bit, step by step.

8. I’m a master of simplifying the complicated.

I have a knack for making complex things feel doable through creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. Whether it’s goal-setting, nervous system regulation, or figuring out what actually matters—I’m great at helping people cut through the noise. If you’re overwhelmed, I’ll help you find clarity and momentum without burning out.
