Welcome to Everwell Coaching!
Hey, I'm Siobhan!
Ready to have more energy for the things that matter most?
Siobhan Bingham
Siobhan helps working moms struggling with low energy feel like they have the capacity to be present with their kids—even after a busy day.
Drawing from her 8+ years of experience as a teacher and special education resource specialist, she knows how to create individualized solutions for every unique need. Through her coaching programs, Siobhan has helped clients go from feeling exhausted and in pain to managing their energy and enjoying more quality time with their families, using strategies that fit their lives and goals.
Siobhan’s ALIGN framework provides a step-by-step system for moms to uncover what works best for them, because she believes there’s no one-size-fits-all path. She’s also the host of the Everwell Mama podcast, where she shares practical tips and thoughtful insights for managing energy and finding balance.
When she’s not helping moms take charge of their energy, Siobhan loves hiking with her rescue dog, exploring nature with her little ones, or diving into romantasy novels. A proud Ravenclaw, she thrives on learning and discovering new stories, and believes there’s always something new to explore.
Here are 8 things about me
that will help you get to know me better…
1. My name is pronounced SHA-VON.
It’s Gaelic—from Scotland/Ireland—and doesn’t follow English rules, don’t feel bad if it trips you up at first! 😉
2. I’ve been there: juggling all the roles.
I’m a mom, partner, teacher, coach, and more—and I know the struggle to balance them all. My multiculturalism taught me to wear many hats, and motherhood has taught me to keep them a little more in balance.
3. I love learning 📚—a lot!
After earning degrees in Linguistics & Language Studies and Education, I’ve collected 10 certifications (and counting). As a teacher and holistic wellness coach, I’ve learned there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. What works for you may not work for me—and that’s okay! We’re all unique and need solutions that meet us where we are.
4. I’m a sucker for a story.
No matter how it’s told—TV, movies, audiobooks, or physical books! I love getting sucked into another reality and lost between the pages. Because of my love for stories I started Everwell Mama, the podcast where we chat about ways to help working moms create self-care routines that actually stick. Do you have a story to tell? Or a question you’d love answered? Let me know, and I’ll create an episode just for you 💗
5. Postpartum is a gut-punch.
When my first baby was born, I clung to the idea that “this is just a phase.” But postpartum lasts on average TWO YEARS, and I was running on empty—unhappy, with so little to give.
Four years later, as a mom of two, I’ve found a rhythm that keeps my energy levels steady without needing a crazy regimen of supplements or caffeine. It’s why I created the ALIGN framework to support moms like you.
6. Nature is my happy place.
Whether that’s being in the trees, on a beach, canoeing, or goofing off with some doggos—being in nature restores my energy. It reminds me how important it is to carve out moments of peace—even in the busiest seasons of motherhood. 🌿
7. I’ve worked in education for over a decade.
Whether in the classroom, tutoring, or mentoring, I’ve spent 10+ years helping people learn. Lasting change isn’t about overwhelming you with information—it’s about empowering you to make small, sustainable shifts that actually work.
8. I’m a master of simplifying the complicated.
I have a knack for making complex things feel doable through creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, I’ll help you make it easy.
